When Shaun showed up to give us a quote, he was a very professional, honest and down to earth guy. We were sold and the work they did was amazing. We ended up having a small issue with the back porch roof but Shaun personally came back out and fixed it ASAP. After our roofing experience, we decided to get our gutters replaced by them and the finished product looks fantastic. Integrity First built it from my first phone call to them through to project completion. They live up to their name. They communicated expectations from the start, reviewed in detail product and service offerings, arrived on time, worked hard to get timely completion, made sure the site was clean before leaving, did not play games with the flashing, and even secured a few loose gutters which was outside the scope of the contract. From the start Shaun was professional, up front, and not pushy, which is important to us. He presented their estimate, highlighted their product quality and a great warranty. Appreciated that he presented the upgrade option but didn't push it on us, and also appreciate their goal wasn't just to push our insurance company to replace it as other companies push. Shaun gave clear communication leading up to the install including details resulting from rain delays. The installation was done in a day, the crew was courteous and efficient, and did a great job cleaning up. Shaun came the next day and spent over an hour inspecting their work and even swept a second time for loose nails in the yard. We would use them again in a heartbeat. Photos are before/After read less
