When Shaun showed up to give us a quote, he was a very professional, honest and down to earth guy. We were sold and the work they did was amazing. We ended up having a small issue with the back porch roof but Shaun personally came back out and fixed it ASAP. After our roofing experience, we decided to get our gutters replaced by them and the finished product looks fantastic. Integrity First built it from my first phone call to them through to project completion. They live up to their name. They communicated expectations from the start, reviewed in detail product and service offerings, arrived on time, worked hard to get timely completion, made sure the site was clean before leaving, did not play games with the flashing, and even secured a few loose gutters which was outside the scope of the contract.
